Draft EIS Comments

The Draft EIS 45-day public comment period commenced on September 17, 2010 and concluded at midnight on November 1, 2010. Comments received or postmarked after November 1 will be considered to the extent practicable. Comments may be submitted via U.S. mail, e-mail, or fax to Dr. Jerry Pell using his information on the Contact page. Please note that conventional mail to DOE tends to be delayed and possibly damaged because of security screening.

The DOE conducted three public hearings on October 5, 6 and 7, 2010. The locations and dates of these hearings are listed below.
